Consider me officially shocked
My experience was a rollercoaster! The location was commendable, offering easy access to local attractions. Yet, I faced issues with room amenities, and staff seemed ill-prepared to help. While the dining options were healthy and delicious, the inconsistency in service left a lot to be desired. A promising stay, but with unexpected hiccups!

Like it or leave it? here’s my verdict
The location is fantastic! Quick access to shops and international organizations, with warm staff who genuinely make you feel at home! !
Unfortunately, the customer service fell short. It felt rushed and unhelpful at times, leaving me a bit frustrated.

Stay here if you enjoy decent service!
Had an issue with the airport pick up but the staff made it right in no time! the room had a kettle with tea and after a long day of meetings, that was a blessing.
The rates weren't exactly budget-friendly but somewhat justifiable.

I loved the location, just a short stroll to great restaurants and shops. Our family enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle to the UN compound. The atmosphere was pleasant, and my little one loved the breakfast options.
In my wife’s opinion, breakfast could use better variety for families.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the delicious omelets at breakfast and the relaxing time by the pool. The outdoor lounge area and garden were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. One small downside was that I wish they had more water bottles available for each guest, but overall, it was a great experience! 😄

pleasant stay but some improvements needed
The staff delivered friendly and attentive service throughout my stay. I enjoyed the good quality internet and found the breakfast satisfying. I particularly appreciated the beautiful garden view, which added a refreshing touch to my mornings.

This was just a balanced option for a short staycation in Nairobi with excellent value for money. The breakfast was fresh, and they even made my favorite dish upon request. Go early for breakfast to avoid disappointment.
